CAPTURING KIDS’ HEARTS®
LEADERSHIP BLUEPRINT™ RECHARGED

Successful leaders know how to create healthy relationships and productive cultures that lead to strong results. Leadership Blueprint Recharged helps organizations cultivate leadership potential to meet ambitious goals.

Reinforcing Skills Needed to Transform Culture

Not Everyone is Born a Leader

Leaders often see the need for change in their organization, but may not see any need for change within themselves.

Leadership Skills are Learned Skills

During Leadership Blueprint Recharged, leaders reexamine their own personal behaviors that could affect the culture and outcomes they are striving to create. In addition to their own behavior, leaders learn to address the behaviors of the team, knowing when to affirm appropriate behavior and how to effectively address inappropriate behavior.

Participant Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Strengthen leadership skills that help build a successful culture

  • Increase awareness of personal constraints that impact both individual and team performance

  • Develop a plan for addressing personal constraints

  • Examine behaviors of the team that are getting in the way of the group’s performance

  • Learn and practice specific skills that make clear, candid communication possible

  • Establish follow-up and accountability procedures that will ensure lasting change

Approach

Leadership Blueprint Recharged is an engaging, hands-on experience. Building on the skills and tools introduced in Capturing Kids’ Hearts® Leadership Blueprint Training, leaders will deepen their understanding of the techniques and processes necessary to create a successful team and campus/district.
