Approach
Growth begins with understanding ourselves. Educators explore the strengths they naturally bring to their work, recognize potential constraints, and consider how their behavior impacts the people around them. From there, they turn those insights into practical ways to communicate, collaborate, and contribute more effectively to their team.
Each Participant Receives:
An Educator Insights 360 Report: Combines self-reflection with feedback from others to provide a more complete picture of individual strengths and potential constraints. Through guided reflection, participants use those insights to develop a personal Traction Plan® they can carry into their relationships, classrooms, and daily work.
A Follow-Up Coaching Call: An opportunity to revisit key insights, reflect on progress, and continue putting their Traction Plan® into action.

Faculty, staff, and administrators
Training can accommodate up to 50 people
Capturing Kids’ Hearts® 1 Training is not a required prerequisite
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Training is a one-day experience, with an hour for lunch
Training includes a follow-up Coaching Call for each participant, at no extra cost
Schedule is 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
WHERE:
Customer Booked: Your organization can schedule private bookings and is responsible for providing a location conducive to adult learning
