Counselors Connection helps school counselors connect the Capturing Kids’ Hearts® Process to the work they already care deeply about, giving them greater clarity, confidence, and influence as they support students, staff, and families.

A One-Day Training Designed to Strengthen the Counselor’s Role and Impact
Greater Clarity in Their Role: Counselors leave with a clearer understanding of how they can contribute to Capturing Kids’ Hearts (CKH) implementation and use their relationships, responsibilities, and influence to help strengthen how CKH is lived out each day.
Stronger Alignment Across Student Support: Connect the CKH™ Process with counseling responsibilities, national standards, and Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 supports, bringing greater consistency to how students are supported across campus.
Better Collaboration with Teachers and Leaders: Extend the shared language of CKH to counselors, creating stronger connections with teachers and campus leaders and greater consistency in how students are supported.
Connection to District Priorities and CKH Implementation: Counselors have an opportunity to lead from where they are, shaping culture, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful connections with students, staff, families, and the broader school community.

WHO:
School counselors at campuses or districts already implementing Capturing Kids’ Hearts
Training can accommodate up to 30 people
Prerequisites: Completion of a Capturing Kids’ Hearts® 1 Training and on a campus with an active CKH™ Premium subscription.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Training is a one-day experience, with an hour for lunch
Schedule is 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break
WHERE:
Customer Booked: Your organization can schedule private bookings and is responsible for providing a location conducive to adult learning
