CAPTURING KIDS’ HEARTS® CULTURE SHAPERS
An engaging, participatory half-day experience for either non-teaching faculty and staff or parents/guardians.
Deepen Connections. Transform Culture. Impact Communities.
Whether you’re hosting a training for your auxiliary staff or a workshop for your parents and guardians, Capturing Kids’ Hearts Culture Shapers equips participants with practical tools and a simple process for building trust, engaging students, and creating a culture of connection across your school community.
Solving the Challenge
In this learning experience, participants quickly discover that relationships are at the core of performance and that genuine trust and respect are essential to any school, classroom, or home seeking to grow and develop.
During Culture Shapers, auxiliary and non-teaching staff or parents/guardians learn and practice skills that make clear, candid communication possible. They then learn to use these skills in their relationships with their colleagues, students, and families.

Strengthen their self-awareness and self-management by improving their communication and relationship skills
Develop healthier relationships with others (adult-to-adult and adult-to-student)
De-escalate conflict and effectively address negative behavior
